The Norse runic alphabet has long been used as a divination tool. Each letter has a specific meaning, and correctly interpreting the combination of a few randomly selected tiles can impart great wisdom.
In addition to the traditional Norse runes, we've put together a few sets to use this same principle with other alphabets such as the Celtic ogham.
Futhark Runes
Legend says the runes were given to the Norse god Odin after proving his worth by hanging for nine days on the World Tree, Yggdrasil.
These wooden runes are hand burned onto 1" round tiles and finished with all natural oil finish. Our rune set includes 24 elder Futhark runes plus 1 blank rune, carry bag, and instruction sheet.

Ogham Staves
| These 2" wooden staves use the ancient Ogham alphabet of the Celts.
As each letter of the Ogham alphabet corresponds to a particular kind of tree or plant, we've put together a simple way to use this for rune-like divination, only with a Celtic flavor.
Set includes 20 hand burned wooden staves, carry bag, and instruction sheet. Natural finish.
